Ammon News - Abdullah Mismar - After two weeks of waiting and anticipation for the easing measures to be announced by the government, the measures came out to be entertaining not easing…. A mountain gave a birth to a mouse.

Jordanians was waiting to hear the announcement of easing measures which will allow to open sectors, so they can work, sell and buy. They hoped that the measures will address their problems economically in the first class. However, the decisions were shocking as there is no reopening of closed sectors which means that there is no work.

The government adopted the method of media show through a meeting which has been held with the members of the parliament which resulted in saying to Jordanians “have fun” you will be able to get out from houses on Fridays but you will starve to death.

Did the government wonder about the feasibility of opening public parks economically?! Did the government wonder about the benefit that sectors will gain through suspending Friday lockdown during fasting hours only?!

We don not want to get out from houses on Fridays, nor we want to perform Taraweeh prayers in Mosques, while Jordanians starve to death.

What would fathers say to their sons?! A father who lost his job due to closing down caffes, sport centers, wedding halls, clothing stores, hotels…etc! How would he convince his children that Corona and the government made him poor?!
