Ammon News - Minister of Culture Ali Al-Ayed and Bangladeshi Ambassador to Jordan Nahida Sobhan on Tuesday discussed joint cultural cooperation relations between the two countries.

Al-Ayed lauded ties, established by the leaders of the two countries, pointing out to the common cultural and human values between the two friendly peoples.

Al-Ayed highlighted the national plan for celebrations organized by the ministry with the participation of ministries, institutions and public bodies in the country's centenary throughout the year, which included various cultural and artistic activities and events that reflect the richness of the Jordanian heritage, its sources and its fields.

He called for deepening cultural exchange between the two countries through visits and events between the intellectuals of the two countries, and the exchange of expertise in culture, arts, festivals and conferences, which culminated in the signing of the cooperation agreement between the governments of the two countries.

Ambassador Sobhan lauded the historic ties between the two countries, highlighting cultural relations and means of developing them in the next stage to achieve the desired cultural goals for the two friendly countries.
