In an interview with the Jordan News Agency (Petra), Kamal noted that the system helped digitize about 8 million patient files and 81 percent of public hospitals' beds. He stressed that Hakeem paved the way for efficient medical management by allowing the introduction of a comprehensive patient database that can be utilized to support research and inform policy and decision-making. Kamal revealed that the company has an ambitious plan to roll out a uniform patient file that links and compiles all measures taken in various clinics in a manner that allows doctors to see the patient's file from anywhere.
