The government decision comes within the framework of the it's efforts to help the affected sectors and small and medium-sized companies during the Covid-19 pandemic, by enabling the CBJ to expand the concessional funding programs it provides to these companies, provided that the government bears part of the funding interests.

The Cabinet also approved the settlement of the tax status of 894 companies and taxpayers, who had obligations in accordance with the provisions of the Income Tax Law and the General Sales Tax Law, based on the recommendations of the Settlement and Reconciliation Committee, formed according to the principles of settling the outstanding issues between the taxpayers and the Income and Sales Tax Department, and based on requests that they submitted to the committee.
