JJC briefed on investigation into Salt Hospital case

Jordan Judicial Council (JJC) was briefed by the Chief Public Prosecutor on the investigation into the Al-Hussein Hospital case in Salt, which claimed the lives of 9 Jordanians, seven by an oxygen outage.


In a press statement put out on Wednesday, the JJC said it convened at the invitation of its president, and was updated on the investigation progress and the plan drawn up by the Public Prosecution Office (PPO) to ensure " integrity."
On the JJC's role, the PPO took action in light of tragic incident and arrested eight officials charged in the case.
