Ammon News - A slight drop in temperatures is expected on Tuesday, becoming around seasonal average and bringing relatively cold weather in the highlands and plains, and fair conditions in other parts of the Kingdom, the Jordan Meteorological Department ( JMD) said in its daily brief.

Clouds are also forecast to appear at low altitudes in the northern and central regions, while winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk, blowing dust and causing poor visibility, mainly in the eastern areas, the JMD added.

Wednesday and Thursday are expected to bring in similar weather conditions, with low clouds and northwesterly moderate to active winds, stirring dust in the Badia regions at times, the JMD predicted.

Temperatures in Amman today will reach a high of 18C, dropping to 6C at night, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a high of 25C, dipping to 13C during night hours.
