JFDA approves emergency use of Sputnik COVID vaccine

 The Jordan Food and Drug Administration (JFDA) on Wednesday announced it approved the emergency use of the Russian COVID-19 vaccine, Sputnik.

JFDA Director General, Nizar Muhaidat, told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the Russian vaccine is the fifth to be approved in Jordan after the vaccines of AstraZeneca, Pfizer, Sinopharm, and Johnson&Johnson.
