Ammon News - More than 5,000 workers and about 250 vehicles continued Thursday to reopen roads closed by snow across Amman, a spokesman for the Greater Amman Municipality (GAM) said.
Nasser Rahamneh said efforts are underway to reopen main and secondary roads, especially in the western and northern parts of Amman where an overnight storm dumped 20-30 of snow.
He indicated that GAM received more than 250 reports of people and cars stranded in the streets and handled them in cooperation with other stakeholders.
