Ammon News - Mercury is set to drop slightly on Saturday, and the weather will be fair almost countrywide and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, and the winds will be light easterly, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.

According to the JMD report, Sunday will see a slight rise in temperatures, and the weather will be pleasant almost countrywide, and warm in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba.

Meanwhile on Monday, mercury is tipped to drop slightly, with fair weather forecast, however warm conditions will prevail in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea and Aqaba, and the winds will be northwesterly moderate, the JMD said.

Also on Saturday, temps in Amman will range between 19 Celsius degrees, dropping to 7C at night, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a fair 15C, sliding into 26C during night hours.
