In a meeting with the EU Special Representative for the Middle East peace process, Susanna Terstal, in Cairo, Egypt, Secretary-General of the pan-Arab organization, Ahmed Aboul Gheit, highlighted the importance of placing the Palestine cause on the agenda of the international community. He emphasized the importance of moving effectively as part of an Arab-EU coordination effort to reinvigorate the two-state solution as the basis of bringing the conflicting parties to the negotiating table within a clear timeframe.

Ammon News - The Arab League urged on Tuesday the international community to revive the two-state solution to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict and praised the European Union (EU's) position on the Palestine cause.
