The Circular's provisions take effect as of Friday morning, January 15, until further notice, according to the government. Under the new circular, outdoor swimming pools inside hotels and tourist and residential complexes are also allowed to operate, per the times specified for this purpose, and reopens equestrian clubs and public parks, including their shops, at the times set by the competent authorities until 11:pm. The circular, which was issued based on the provisions of Defense Order No. 19 for 2020, stressed the importance of the target sectors' adherence to the defense orders and gov't decisions related to public safety.
