A slight rise in temperature is forecast on Saturday, and the weather will be fair almost nationwide,a according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) update.
During afternoon hours, light showers of rain are forecast in separate places sporadically, with southeasterly moderate winds, added the JMD.
On Sunday, temps are tipped to rise slightly, while the weather remains moderate across the Kingdom, and the winds will be southwesterly moderate,to active at intervals, it said.
On Monday, similar weather conditions will prevail countrywide, however gradually during the evening hours, the western regions will see rain showers for limited periods, and gradually affects the rest of the kingdom's regions, which are forecast to be heavy and accompanied by thunder and hail at times in the southwestern areas, including the city of Aqaba, which leads to the formation of torrents in valleys and low-lying areas, said the update.
Also on Saturday, mercury in Amman hovers around 21 Celsius degrees, dropping to 12C during night hours, while the Gulf of Aqaba will see a relatively hot 29C, sliding into 16C during nighttime.
