Israeli forces arrest 16 Palestinians in West Bank

Ammon News - Israeli occupation forces early Wednesday arrested 16 Palestinians in various West Bank cities.
The Palestinian Prisoners Society said in a statement that Israeli soldiers stormed the cities of Nablus, Tulkarm, Ramallah, Bethlehem and Hebron and arrested the 16 citizens.
Also today, Israeli troops raided the Sebastia village, north of Nablus, in preparation for the settlers to storm the archaeological site, head of the village Mohammed Azem said, adding that the soldiers fired bullets, stun grenades and toxic tear gas canisters against Palestinians, leaving a number of them suffocated.
Meanwhile, 6 Palestinian youths were wounded and dozens others suffered suffocation in clashes erupted with Israel forces in Jaba' village, south of Jenin, the Palestine Red Crescent Society said in a statement.
