Ammon News - Prime Minister, Bisher Al-Khasawneh, in addition to a number of ministers on Sunday met with Chairman and Board of Directors of Jordan Chamber of Commerce.
The government announced that the meeting is held for the purpose of achieving corporatism.
Al-Khasawneh said that commercial sector is a significant, essential and distinctive partner of national economy.
The government seeks for legislative stability to stimulate investment, he added.
The commercial sector produces 54.5% of the gross product of the national economy, he indicated.
Chairman of Jordan Chamber, Na'el Alkabareeti, reaffirmed his belief in the participatory approach and his confidence in the government to address all commercial challenges during the epidemic of COVID-19.
