The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates said it is following up on the death of a Jordanian citizen, who fell from her apartment in a building in Kuwait City.

In a press statement issued on Wednesday, the ministry noted: "The Jordanian embassy in Kuwait is currently contacting the competent local authorities, who have reported that the incident is under investigation, and the embassy will receive all the relevant details upon completing the necessary procedures in this regard."

Moreover, the embassy will provide all possible assistance to the deceased's relatives in case they wish to transfer the body to the Kingdom, the ministry added.

The ministry expressed "sincere condolences and sympathy to the woman's family over her passing away"
