Ammon News - Autumn-like weather is expected to prevail nationwide on Tuesday, with clouds at high altitudes and southeasterly moderate to brisk winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily brief.
On Wednesday, pleasant weather is expected to prevail during day time, while gradually in the evening and night hours, the Kingdom will be affected by a relatively cold and wet air mass accompanying a depression, as clouds will build up and rain will fall in the northern, central and southwestern parts of the country.
According to the JMD, the rainfall during the night hours is expected to be heavy, accompanied by thunder and hail at times, causing flood formation in the valleys and low-lying areas, while winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk, stirring dust in the desert.
Similar cold and wet conditions will persist on Thursday, especially at the early morning hours with heavy rain and thunder. Gradually at night hours, clouds will diminish and winds will be northwesterly moderate.
