Fair weather conditions are expected to prevail on Thursday across the Kingdom, with clouds at various altitude and southeasterly moderate to brisk winds, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Temperatures will few degrees on Friday, bringing partly cloudy skies with a chance of spotty showers in the country's various regions, while winds will be southwesterly moderate to brisk, blowing dust in the Badia areas, the JMD added.
A further in mercury levels is expected on Saturday, so it will be relatively cold and partly cloudy to cloudy with a possibility of scattered showers in the early morning hours over the northern and central parts of the Kingdom, the JMD said, noting that clouds will gradually decrease with less chance of rain, while winds will be westerly moderate to brisk at times.
Daytime temperatures expected for today will reach 21 degrees Celsius in Amman, 17 in the northern cities and 19 in the southern highlands, dropping down at night to 10, 8 and 7C respectively. The weather will be warmer in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 31 degrees Celsius and lows standing at 18 degrees at night.
