Ammon News - The final report issued by the Ministry of Health confirms that 1600 COVID-19 infections have been recorded at the factory in Aqaba.

Epidemiology Committee said to Ammonnews that all infection cases are non-Jordanians and their medical status do need hospital admissions.

It added that they live in a private accommodation and they do not have any contact with the local community of Aqaba. Epidemiology Committee denies the news that the factory is producing face masks used in the protection against Coronavirus.
