The United States embassy in Amman hailed the Independent Election Commission (IEC), election workers, and professional observation groups around the country for supporting voters to be heard through the ballot box.

In a statement issued on Thursday, the U.S embassy said "the United States will continue to support Jordan’s efforts to increase civic and political participation and strengthen inclusive, accountable, and transparent democratic systems."
