Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Two deaths and 266 new infections with the coronavirus, including 264 local cases, were reported on Monday in the Kingdom, Health Minister, Saed Jaber, announced.

The new local infections include: 166 in Amman, 25 in Karak, 38 in Balqa', 8 in Irbid, 10 in Zarqa, 3 in Ma'an, 1 in Ajloun, 3 in Madaba, 10 Jerash and 2 cases in Dead Sea quarantine hotels for arrivals from abroad, Jaber said during a press briefing held in the National Center for Security and Crisis Management.

He added that 683 patients have recovered during the past 24 hours, while 12867 Covid-19 tests were conducted, bringing the cumulative total to 1083488.
