Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temps is forecast on Saturday, and the weather will be relatively hot in the highlands and blistering in other areas, with northwest to moderate winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
On Sunday, the Kingdom will be affected a a several-day hot spell, as the mercury will soar " noticeably" above its normal rates by about 6-7C degrees, added the JMD.
In Amman, temps today are tipped to hit a 35C high, sliding to 22 C in the night hours, while in the Dead Sea and in the Gulf of Aqaba will see a scorching 41C-43C respectively, dropping to around 30C during nighttime.
