Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources' fuel pricing committee on Tuesday raised the prices of unleaded 90-octane gasoline for the month of July by JD0.055 per litre, to become JD0.655 instead of JD0.60.
According to the committee's decision, the price of 1 litre of unleaded 95-octane gasoline will go up to JD0.875 per litre from the June price of JD0.820.
The new prices of diesel and kerosene will be JD0.465 per litre instead of JD0.410, while the price of a cooking gas cylinder was fixed at 7 dinars.
According to the committee, global rates showed an increase in the prices of petroleum products during the month of June.
It said that the average price of benchmark Brent crude rose from $29 per barrel in the month of May to $40 a barrel in June.
