In a statement to "Petra" on Wednesday, Minister of Justice, Dr. Bassam Talhouni, said the ministry will float the electronic "bracelet" tender after the Eid Al-Fitr holiday, after the tender documents with the relevant authorities are completed. Implementation of this prisoner monitoring mechanism comes in accordance with the provisions of Article 114 of the Criminal Procedure Law No. 9 of 1961 and its amendments, the minister pointed out.
