Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - An opinion poll showed that 80.8 percent of Jordanians were extremely satisfied with the fairness of the government's COVID-19 measures among all sectors and segments of society.
The results of a study conducted by the Hayat Center "Rased" indicated that only 9.7 percent were feeling unsatisfied.
The survey, which focused on the government's response plan, included 5 main sections: plan effectiveness, efficiency of its design and management, the plan's alignment and consistency with the scale of the crisis, establishing integrity and accountability, in addition to dealing with a range of diverse issues.
On satisfaction with the government's transparency in disclosing the consequences of the crisis and its impact on the economy, 16% of the respondents expressed their dissatisfaction, while 41.7% said they were satisfied with the government's policies.
On the clarity of the defence orders and government decisions, 18.8 percent of respondents said that they are unsatisfied, while 30.3 percent stated that they are extremely satisfied with the orders' clarity.
The respondents were asked to evaluate the government's approach to human rights during the COVID-19 crisis, to which 32 percent said it was "very good," while 40 percent said it was "good."
