Al-Sureihin told the Jordan News Agency (Petra) that the tests were carried out using the real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (rRT-PCR) method, which is performed with throat swabs and gives reliable results. "No COVID-19 cases have been reported in the governorate so far, and there are no cases in the hospital's isolation department as well," he added.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The test results conducted in Zarqa Governmental Hospital for 10 contacts of people infected with COVID-19 from outside the governorate came back negative, Director of Hospital, Mabrouk Al-Sureihin, said on Sunday.
