Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Health Minister Saad Jaber said Saturday that three new cases of the coronavirus pandemic were recorded at the Kingdom's borders, three drivers who were coming from a neighbouring country, including two Jordanians and one from an Arab nationality.
He also told the daily briefing at the National Center for Security and Crisis Management that six cases infected with the virus have recovered.
Jaber said that 2,569 tests were conducted today in various regions of the Kingdom, bringing the total number of tests carried out since the outbreak of the disease to 63,737.
The Minister pointed out that the coronavirus is transmitted through direct contact with surfaces and droplets from close and direct talking.
"That's why we advise everyone to wear a facemask when leaving the house, especially in case of opening the economy or talking to anyone, and to keep apart at least a metre to protect yourself, your family and the others," Jaber said.
