Jaber: 2 new COVID-19 cases registered today

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS -Health Minister Sa'ad Jaber announced that 2 COVID-19 cases were registered on Thursday, bringing the total number to 437.


The two cases, the minister said during a press briefing at the National Center for Security and Crises Management, including a truck driver detected on the borders, and another for a student who came from the United Kingdom last month.

The minister added that 3200 COVID-19 tests were conducted nationwide, noting that the epidemiological teams are working to raise the number.

Clinics of dentists and doctors, as well as, medical labs will be open as of next Monday, with taking into account measures applied by the Ministry of Health in this regard to protect the citizens, Jaber said during the briefing.
