In a statement, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs said the two-day conference will focus on supporting the steadfastness of Jerusalemites, and the means of protecting the city's holy sites, especially Al-Aqsa Mosque. The conference will also tackle the real situation in occupied Jerusalem, and how its people manage to live in light of the challenges due to Israeli occupation. A final statement and recommendations on the addressed issues will be released as the conference concludes.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The 12th session of the Executive Council of the Awqaf Ministers’ Conference in the Islamic World 2019 is set to kick off in Amman next Thursday with the participation of a number of Arab and Islamic countries.

In a statement, the Ministry of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs said the two-day conference will focus on supporting the steadfastness of Jerusalemites, and the means of protecting the city's holy sites, especially Al-Aqsa Mosque.
