Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Relatively cold weather conditions are expected to prevail on Tuesday in many parts of the country, while it will be moderate in the Dead Sea, the Jordan Valley and Aqaba, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief said.
Low-altitude clouds are also expected with a chance for scattered showers, especially in the northern and western regions. Winds will be northwesterly moderate, the JMD added.
Similar weather will remain over the next two days with low clouds and northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD noted.
Clouds will gradually build up on Thursday night, bringing partly cloudy skies with a chance for rainfall in the northern and central areas of the Kingdom.
The JMD warned public of low visibility due to dust formation, mainly in the Badia areas.
Maximum temperatures in Amman and the northern cities for today will reach a high of 18 degrees Celsius and a low of 8. In the port city of Aqaba, thermometers will stand at 25 degrees Celsius, sliding to 13 degrees at night.
