Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister Omar Razzaz visited the 20th National Olive Festival held at the at the al-Hussein Public Parks.
The festival, which saw the participation of some 600 families and 13 agricultural associations, aims at supporting productive families to market their agricultural products and traditional rural goods.
Agriculture Minister Ibrahim Shehadeh briefed the premier on the festival's role in supporting farmers and advancing this vital sector.
Razzaz also held talks with young men and women participating in the festival from different governorates across the Kingdom.
He voiced pride in the various Jordanian agricultural products, stressing the government's keenness to facilitate the marketing process inside and outside Jordan for farmers.
