Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Temperatures on Monday are expected to be above their seasonal average, but moderate autumn-like conditions will prevail in the hilly areas and the plains while it will be relatively hot in the Badia areas, the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Low-altitude clouds are also forecast in the southern parts of the Kingdom, while winds will be northwesterly moderate, the JMD said.
Mercury levels will slightly on Tuesday, but similar weather will remain until Wednesday with northwesterly moderate winds, the department added.
Daytime temperatures expected for today will reach 32 degrees Celsius in Amman, 30 in the southern governorates, dropping down to 17 and 19 degrees respectively at night. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 37 degrees Celsius and lows sliding to 26, the JMD added.
