Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Moderate weather conditions are expected to prevail today in the hilly areas while it will be relatively hot in the rest of the regions, with northwesterly moderate winds, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
According to the JMD, mercury levels on Friday are forecast to slightly rise bringing hot conditions nationwide, but it will start to decrease on Saturday bringing back moderate weather in most parts of the Kingdom.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in Amman will reach 32 degrees Celsius, 30 degrees Celsius in the northern cities , and 29 degrees Celsius in the southern cities, dropping down to 19 and 17 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 37 degrees Celsius and lows standing at 27 degrees at night.
