Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Thursday, bringing pleasant conditions across the country, while it will be hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
At night, moderate conditions will prevail across many areas, with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
Daytime temperatures expected for today will reach 32 in the capital, 33 in the northern cities and 31 in the southern parts of the Kingdom, dropping down at night to 20, 22 and 19 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 41 sliding to 29 at night, the JMD further said.
Mercury levels will rise few degrees over the next two days, creating relatively hot conditions in the hilly areas and plains, while it will be hot in other parts of the Kingdom, with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD said.
