Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - State Minister for Media Affairs Jumana Ghuneimat on Wednesday announced that a General Intelligence Department major has succumbed to wounds he sustained in last week twin-blast near Balqa, northwest of Amman.

Maj. Sa'id al-Theeb was with a security force that rushed to the site of two explosions in a deserted area in Wadi Al Azraq area of Balqa Governorate. The blasts were caused by buried explosives which authorities said they were similar to those used in a 2018 attack in Mahis.
