Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The State Security Court (SSC) on Sunday gave 31 defendants 10 days to turn themselves in to the authorities in order to stand trial; otherwise, they will be deemed as fugitives.
The SSC said it will also place the assets of these defendants under the government’s jurisdiction as long as they remain at large.
The court has ordered police to arrest these 31 people, a number of whom are Arab nationals, on sight to bring them to justice.
Moreover, the court has urged anyone who knows any information about their whereabouts to come forward.
The crimes involve selling narcotic substances or possessing them with the intention of trade and counterfeiting of currency.
