Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister, Omar Razzaz, affirmed the importance of the "deep-rooted" and "historic" relations between Jordan and Kuwait in all fields.

During his meeting on Sunday with the new Kuwaiti Ambassador to Jordan Aziz Dehani, the prime minister stressed the government's keenness to enhance bilateral relations and open wider prospects of joint cooperation to serve interests of both countries and peoples.

Razzaz said the Jordanian-Kuwaiti economic relations are an example of inter-Arab cooperation in all fields, especially in trade and investment, and noted the Kuwaiti investments in the Kingdom rank first among the Arab and foreign investments.

He also praised the "advanced" level of joint cooperation and coordination on regional and international issues.

For his part, Dehani stressed keenness of the Kuwaiti leadership, government and people to boost Jordanian-Kuwaiti relations.
