The minister added in a press statement on Saturday that both sides are still examining the issue of opening the border as well as situation at customs centers, noting that concerned technical committees met for this purpose. She said that technical meetings to open the border are ongoing, explaining that the reopening of the border requires the availability of infrastructure as well as logistical and technical standards.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Minister of State for Media Affairs and Government Spokesperson Jumana Ghneimat, said that the Jaber-Nasib border crossing with Syria is still closed and has not been opened for the movement of goods and passengers.
