Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Temperatures on Wednesday and Thursday are forecast to hover around annual average; therefore moderate summer conditions will remain in the hilly areas and the plains, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department(JMD), low clouds with northwesterly moderate winds are also expected for the two days.
Daytime temperatures expected for today in the capital will reach 30 degrees Celsius dropping down to 19 at night. Mercury levels in the northern and southern cities will range between a high of 27 and a low of 18, the weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs registering 37 and lows standing at 26, the JMD said.
A slight rise in mercury levels is forecast on Friday, bringing normal summer conditions in the hilly areas and the plains, while it will remain relatively hot in other parts of the country, the JMD added.
