Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Temperatures on Tuesday are expected to hover around their annual average, bringing normal summer conditions in the hilly areas and the eastern plains, while it will be relatively hot in other parts of the Kingdom, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD).
Clouds at low altitudes are also forecast with northwesterly moderate winds.
Maximum temperatures expected for today will reach 32 degrees Celsius in the capital, 30 in the northern cities and 29 in the southern governorates, dropping down to 19, 18 and 20 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 37 and lows standing at 26, the JMD added further.
Mercury levels will few degrees on Wednesday, but similar weather conditions will continue until Thursday with northwesterly moderate winds, the department noted.
