Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Jordan on Saturday condemned Israel's arrest of a number of staff members of Jerusalem's Waqf religious authority as they carried out routine maintenance work this morning inside occupied Jerusalem's Al-Aqsa Mosque Compound/ Haram Al Sharif.

Jordan rejects such provocative acts, which constitute a blatant and unjustified interference in the work of the Jordanian Waqf administration in Jerusalem, State Minister for Media Affairs and Official Government Spokesperson, Jomana Ghneimat, said in a statement.
