Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A slight rise in temperatures is expected on Thursday, bringing relatively hot conditions in the hilly areas and the eastern plains, while it will be hot in other parts of the Kingdom, according to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief.
Daytime temperatures expected today in Amman will reach 34 degrees Celsius and hover around 31 degrees in the northern and southern cities, dropping down to 21, 20 and 18 respectively. The weather will be hotter in the port city of Aqaba with highs reaching 42 and lows standing at 29, the JMD explained.
Similar weather conditions will continue to prevail over the weekend with northwesterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
