PM refers "tobacco case" to State Security Court

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Prime Minister, Omar Razzaz, decided Monday to refer cases related to the illegal production and smuggling of tobacco for sale in the local market, to the State Security Court as they constitute financial crimes that harm the national economy.

The decision was taken is in accordance with the powers vested in the Prime Minister under the provisions of Article 6 / B of the Economic Crimes Law, which states that "the Prime Minister may refer any of the crimes set out in this law to the State Security Court under the powers vested in him under the provisions of the State Security Court Law."
