Jordan condemns Kabul terrorist attack

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - The Jordanian government condemned the terrorist attack on a voter registration center in the Afghan city of Kabul, killing at least 48 civilians and injuring 112.

The Jordanian government condemns and rejects such acts of terrorism targeting innocent people, Minister of State for Media Affairs and Government Spokesperson, Mohammed Momani, said in a statement on Sunday.

He strongly blasted the "heinous" terrorist attack on the voter facility, expressing condolences of the Jordanian government to the victims' families and wishes of speedy recovery for the injured.

Among the victims of the attack, which the terrorist Daesh group claimed responsibility, were 21 women and five children.
