The meeting, held at Al-Husainiah Palace, focused on burdens Jordan shoulders due to the massive influx of Syrian refugees and its negative impacts on the country's already troubled economy, mainly on the host communities. Talks, attended by Royal Court chief and the non-resident Finnish ambassador to the Kingdom, also tackled the latest developments in the region.

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II, on Wednesday received Finland's former President Tarja Kaarina Halonen, currently visiting the country, to check on programs implemented by the Finn Church Aid’s (FCA) for assisting Syrian refugees in the Kingdom.

The meeting, held at Al-Husainiah Palace, focused on burdens Jordan shoulders due to the massive influx of Syrian refugees and its negative impacts on the country's already troubled economy, mainly on the host communities.
