Jordan, Hungary ink military cooperation agreement

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Lt. Gen, Mahmoud Freihat, and his Hungarian counterpart, Tibor Benko had singed a military agreement to advance cooperation in the fields of exchanging expertise and training between both countries' armed forces.

This came during a three-day visit Freihat had recently paid to Budapest. While in Hungary, Freihat met Minister of Defence, Istvan Simicsko, and discussed with him scopes of cooperation and coordination in anti-terrorism and stability drive in the Middle East.

The two officials also tackled a number of issues of common concern to the armies of both nations.
