Moderate conditions forecast over next three days

Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Temperatures on Wednesday will return to their annual average, bringing moderate conditions in the hilly areas and the Badia regions, while it will be relatively hot in the Dead Sea and the Jordan Valley.
According to the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD), winds will be northwesterly moderate to brisk at times, stirring dust in the eastern and southern areas.
On Thursday, temperatures will 2-3 degrees below their seasonal average, but moderate conditions will remain across much of the country with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD said.
A slight rise in mercury levels is expected on Friday, but moderate conditions will continue to prevail in the hilly areas, while it will be relatively hot in other parts of the country with northwesterly moderate to brisk winds, the JMD added.
Temperatures expected in Amman for today will reach a high of 30 degrees Celsius, dropping down to 17 at night, while mercury levels in Aqaba will jump to 37 degrees during the day and sliding to 25 at night, it explained.
