Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - His Majesty King Abdullah II on Monday, discussed with a delegation of US congressional aides, Jordanian-US cooperation and strategic partnership, as well as current regional developments.

The meeting Al Husseiniya Palace also dealt with efforts to push the peace process between the Palestinians and Israelis forward on the basis of the two-state solution as well as the war on terrorism.

Members of the delegation voiced appreciation of Jordan’s role under the leadership of His Majesty the King in addressing regional challenges as well as the King’s efforts to enhance security and stability in the region.

The meeting was attended by the Royal Court chief and the director of the King’s Office.
