Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Warm and pleasant conditions are forecast in hilly areas, while it will be relatively hot in the Jordan valley and Aqaba, as mercury levels go above seasonal average, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said in its daily update.
A slight in temperatures is expected on Monday, the JMD said. The weather will be relatively cold in hilly areas with a chance for domestic showers in the southern and eastern parts of the Kingdom, the JMD added. Clouds will appear at various altitudes and winds will be westerly moderate to brisk, blowing dust at times, the JMD noted.
Daytime temperatures expected for today will reach 29 degrees Celsius in most parts of the country, dropping down to 16 degrees in the capital, 12 degrees in the southern regions. Mercury levels in the Gulf of Aqaba will hit 38 degrees sliding down to 24 at night, the JMD said.
