Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - A rise in temperatures is expected on Tuesday and Wednesday to become 5-6 degrees above their annual average, but similar spring conditions will continue to prevail across much of the country, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) said.
A chance for light showers in the northern and central parts of the Kingdom is also forecast with easterly to southeasterly moderate winds, the JMD added.
Temperatures are expected to on Thursday, bringing partly cloudy conditions with rain in most parts of the country and southeasterly brisk winds blowing dust in the southern and eastern regions. Mercury levels expected in the capital for today will range between a high of 27 degrees Celsius and a low of 14 at night, in the southern and northern parts they will reach 25 degrees sliding down to 12, while in the Gulf of Aqaba they will hit 34 degrees dropping to 23 at night, it added.
