Ammon News - AMMONNEWS - Another sunny and warm day is expected to prevail on Thursday as temperatures soar 5-6 degrees above annual average, the Jordan Meteorological Department (JMD) daily brief said.
Today's highs are forecast to reach 23 degrees in most parts of the country, except for the Gulf of Aqaba where mercury levels jump to 30. At night, temperatures will tangibly reaching 7 degrees in the southern regions and 10 in the capital.
Temperatures are expected to again on Friday, but pleasant conditions will continue during the day, at night, the JMD added, clouds will accumulate gradually creating partly cloudy skies with a chance of rain accompanied with thunder and lightning in the central and southern parts of the country, the JMD added.
Temperatures will further on Saturday, creating relatively cold conditions with partly cloudy skies and chance of rain, while gust speed will reach 50Km per hour causing dust in most parts of the country, the JMD added.
